Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Worker / Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing machinery, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality skin care, cosmetics, and oral care products. This role requires a strong work ethic, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
✔Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime.
✔Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
✔Inspect finished products for quality and consistency, reporting any defects or issues to supervisors.
✔Assist in the setup and calibration of machines for different production runs.
✔Maintain accurate production records and logs.
✔Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
✔Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
✔Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.

Qualifications:

Hard Skills:

✔Proficiency in operating and maintaining manufacturing machinery.
✔Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
✔Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and SOPs.
✔Familiarity with quality control processes and GMP standards.

Soft Skills:

✔Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
✔Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
✔Team player with effective communication skills.
✔Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Education/Certifications:

✔High school diploma or equivalent required.
✔Technical certification or vocational training in machine operation or a related field is preferred.
✔Forklift certification or other relevant licenses are a plus.

Preferred Experience:

✔1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in cosmetics, skin care, or oral care.
✔Experience with automated filling, labeling, and packaging machines is highly desirable.
✔Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is an advantage.
