Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Wireman to join our team at our Bavla manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery and production lines, ensuring smooth operations in compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring systems, control panels, and industrial equipment.
✔Troubleshoot electrical faults in manufacturing machinery and ensure minimal downtime.
✔Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical components.
✔Read and interpret electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
✔Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
✔Collaborate with the maintenance team to support efficient plant operations.
✔Maintain records of electrical work performed, including repairs and replacements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Hard Skills:

✔Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, industrial circuits, and control panels.
✔Ability to diagnose and repair electrical and electronic faults in manufacturing equipment.
✔Proficiency in using electrical tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment.
✔Familiarity with PLC systems and automation is an advantage.
✔Knowledge of safety procedures and electrical codes.

Soft Skills:

✔Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
✔Attention to detail and precision in electrical work.
✔Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
✔Good communication and documentation skills.

Education & Certifications:

✔ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Electrician/Wireman or ✔Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
✔Valid Wireman License (preferred).

Experience:

✔Minimum: 1-3 years of experience in industrial wiring and electrical maintenance.
✔Preferred: Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG company, especially in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry.
