Job Summary:

HCP Wellness Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products, is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations in Ahmedabad, Bavla. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring efficient storage, and streamlining logistics for timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
✔Ensure accurate stock tracking, receiving, and dispatching of goods.
✔Implement and monitor warehouse safety procedures and compliance standards.
✔Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to optimize workflow.
✔Supervise warehouse staff, assign duties, and ensure operational efficiency.
✔Maintain proper documentation for incoming and outgoing materials.
✔Conduct regular stock audits and ensure minimal discrepancies.
✔Optimize warehouse layout for better space utilization.

Requirements:

✔Bachelor’s degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
✔Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in the cosmetics, FMCG, or pharmaceutical sector.
✔Strong knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and warehouse management systems.
✔Familiarity with ERP software and MS Excel for stock management.
✔Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
✔Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
