We are hiring a Telecalling & Operations Executive to manage Client Coordination, Order Follow-ups, and B2B Operations. This role is ideal for freshers, interns, and candidates interested in Client Servicing, Telecalling, and Operations Support.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle Telecalling for Client Support and Order Follow-ups
• Assist in Operations Management, Back Office Tasks, and Data Management
• Coordinate Client Requirements, Dispatch Schedules, and Order Processing
• Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Client Documentation, and Records
• Liaise with Factory Teams, Packaging Teams, and Stores for smooth operations
• Support Customer Care, Client Escalation Handling, and B2B Coordination
• Ensure effective Operations Support, Client Servicing, and Manufacturing Coordination
Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate / Post-Graduate – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc
• Freshers, interns, or candidates with experience in Telecalling, Client Servicing, Order Processing, Back Office Operations, or B2B Coordination can apply
• Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
• Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, Problem-Solving Ability, and Operations Management Skills
