We are hiring a Telecalling Manager to oversee Client Coordination, Order Processing, and B2B Operations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Telecalling, Client Servicing, and Operations Support in a B2B Manufacturing Environment.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage Telecalling Team for Client Coordination, Order Follow-ups, and Customer Support
• Oversee Order Processing, Order Management, and Dispatch Coordination
• Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Client Documentation, and Back Office Records
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Teams, Stores, and Packaging Teams for smooth operations
• Implement Telecalling Strategies, Customer Engagement Plans, and Client Escalation Handling
• Ensure effective B2B Client Servicing, Operations Support, and Manufacturing Coordination
• Train and mentor Telecalling Executives for optimal performance

Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate / Post-Graduate – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc
• Experienced candidates with background in Telecalling, Client Servicing, Order Processing, Operations Management, or B2B Coordination
• Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
• Strong English Communication, Leadership Skills, Team Management, Problem-Solving Ability, and Operations Strategy
