We are hiring Telecalling professionals for Client Servicing, Order Follow-up, and Operations Support roles. These telecalling jobs are ideal for freshers, interns, and candidates looking to build a career in B2B Client Coordination, Manufacturing Operations, and Customer Support.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle Telecalling for Client Support, Order Follow-ups, and Customer Queries
• Assist in Manufacturing Operations, Dispatch Coordination, and Order Processing
• Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Client Documentation, and Back Office Records
• Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and update Order Status
• Coordinate with Factory Teams, Stores, and Packaging Teams
• Support Customer Care, Client Escalation Handling, and B2B Coordination
• Ensure smooth Operations Support, Client Servicing, and Manufacturing Coordination
Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate / Post-Graduate – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc
• Freshers, interns, or candidates with experience in Telecalling, Client Servicing, Order Processing, Back Office Operations, or B2B Coordination can apply
• Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
• Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, Problem-Solving Ability, and Customer Handling Skills
