HCP Wellness is a leading FMCG Manufacturing, Cosmetics Manufacturing, and Pharma Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing, and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters, and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care, and Oral Care categories.

We are hiring a Supply Chain Manager to oversee Supply Chain Operations, Inventory Management, Logistics, and B2B Client Coordination for FMCG, Cosmetics, and Pharma Manufacturing Accounts. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations, and Client Servicing.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage Supply Chain Operations, Inventory Control, and Logistics Management
• Oversee Manufacturing Operations, Production Planning, and Dispatch Coordination
• Handle Client Servicing, Client Coordination, and Customer Support
• Ensure timely Order Processing, Order Management, and B2B Operations
• Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management, and Back Office Records
• Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and ensure proper Client Documentation
• Coordinate with Factory Teams, Stores, Packaging Teams, and Dispatch Teams
• Implement Supply Chain Best Practices, optimize Operations, and monitor B2B Client Accounts

Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate / Post-Graduate – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc
• Experienced candidates with background in Supply Chain Management, FMCG/Cosmetics/Pharma Manufacturing Operations, Client Servicing, or B2B Coordination
• Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
• Strong English Communication, Leadership Skills, Team Coordination, Problem-Solving Ability, and Supply Chain Strategy
