This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient running of the store while maintaining the high standards of quality and customer satisfaction we are known for.

As a Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales, managing inventory, and fostering a customer-focused environment that reflects the values of our company: innovation, quality, and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
✔Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable operations.
✔Manage store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
✔Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure the store is well-stocked with products.
✔Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience.
✔Ensure that store displays align with branding guidelines and marketing initiatives.
✔Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
✔Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
✔Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
