Job Overview
We are seeking a Sr. Officer – QC Microbiology to oversee microbiological quality control activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor junior QC Micro team members. This role is critical in maintaining GMP, ISO 22716, and cosmetic regulatory standards across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
✔Lead and perform microbiological testing of raw materials, bulk, finished products, water, and environmental samples
✔Review and approve microbiology test results, reports, and COAs
✔Oversee environmental monitoring programs for production, filling, and packing areas
✔Ensure media preparation, validation, and growth promotion testing
✔Handle and close OOS, deviations, investigations, and CAPA
✔Maintain and update SOPs, protocols, and QC documentation
✔Support and lead internal, customer, and regulatory audits
✔Guide and train QC Micro Executives and Officers
✔Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 22716, FDA cosmetic guidelines, and internal quality systems

Education
✔B.Sc / M.Sc in Microbiology or related life sciences

Preferred Experience
✔4–8 years of experience in QC Microbiology
✔Experience in Cosmetic / Skin Care / Personal Care / Oral Care manufacturing preferred
