Job Summary:

HCP Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Quality Control to oversee and ensure the highest quality standards in skincare, cosmetics, and oral care product manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing quality control processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading a team to maintain product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Oversee quality control operations for raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
✔Conduct chemical, physical, and microbiological testing to ensure compliance with specifications.
✔Implement and monitor GMP, ISO, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
✔Investigate and resolve quality deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints.
✔Develop and maintain SOPs, validation protocols, and quality documentation.
✔Collaborate with production, R&D, and quality assurance teams to ensure consistent product quality.
✔Train and mentor the quality control team to enhance efficiency and compliance.
✔Conduct stability studies and ensure adherence to shelf-life standards.
✔Evaluate and approve raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods based on quality parameters.
✔Stay updated with new quality control techniques, regulatory changes, and industry advancements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✔Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
✔Experience: 3-5 years of experience in quality control within the cosmetics, skincare, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry.
✔Strong knowledge of analytical techniques, GMP, ISO 22716, and regulatory guidelines.
✔Proficiency in HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometry, and microbiological testing methods.
✔Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
✔Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
✔Strong communication and documentation skills.
