Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior E-Commerce Executive to lead and scale our online business operations. This role focuses on strategic marketplace management, sales growth, operational excellence, team coordination, and performance optimization across major e-commerce platforms.

This position is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on experience in e-commerce within FMCG/cosmetics manufacturing environments who can drive growth while maintaining process discipline.

Key Responsibilities
✔Lead and manage end-to-end e-commerce operations and sales across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other platforms
✔Develop and execute sales, pricing, and promotion strategies to achieve revenue targets
✔Oversee product listing optimization (SEO titles, descriptions, keywords, images, compliance)
✔Coordinate with production, QA, packaging, warehouse, logistics, and marketing teams
✔Monitor and optimize KPIs including sales, conversion rate, ROAS, returns, and fulfillment metrics
✔Manage inventory planning, order flow, dispatch coordination, and reconciliations
✔Handle marketplace escalations, claims, and operational issues
✔Support new product launches, festive campaigns, and seasonal sales
✔Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports to management
✔Mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to SOPs and best practices

Education / Certifications
✔Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
✔Certification in E-Commerce / Digital Marketing / Sales Management (preferred)

Preferred Experience
✔4–7 years of experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace roles, with at least 1–2 years in a senior or lead role
✔Experience in cosmetics, FMCG, personal care, or manufacturing companies preferred
✔Proven experience managing high-volume SKUs, multi-channel sales, and teams
