We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive (Cosmetics & Skincare) to manage lead generation, client acquisition, product presentations, brand outreach, exhibitions, B2B sales, and marketing activities for HCP Wellness.
This role perfectly combines cosmetics product knowledge + skincare category understanding + product development coordination + formulation development interaction + hardcore sales & target achievement.
You will proactively connect with top cosmetic brands, private label companies, e-commerce brands, D2C startups, FMCG brands, international importers and distributors to bring business and close deals.
You will also work closely with our Product Development Officers, Product Development Coordinators, Formulation Development Team, R&D Chemists, NPD Division, and help clients understand product possibilities and formulation solutions.
You must be confident, outgoing, target-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about the growing beauty, skincare & personal care industry.
Product Categories You Will Sell
Skincare Manufacturing: Face wash, face creams, serums, sunscreens, toners, gels, scrubs, sheet masks.
Haircare Manufacturing: Shampoo, conditioner, hair oils, hair serums, hair spa, leave-in treatments.
Body & Personal Care: Body wash, lotions, deodorants, soaps, hygiene products.
Oral Care: Gel toothpaste, herbal toothpaste, whitening paste, kids toothpaste.
Cosmetics & Lip Care: Lip balms, lip care, compact powders, basic makeup.
Home & Hygiene: Hand wash, sanitizers, cleaners.
You will provide complete product information, formulation details, packaging options, fragrance variants, MOQ, pricing, manufacturing timelines, and ensure customers get full clarity.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, exhibitions, networking & brand research
* Connect with cosmetic, skincare & personal care brands proactively
* Attend exhibitions, trade fairs, beauty expos to build strong industry connections
* Present HCP Wellness capabilities professionally to new prospects
* Explain product formulations, ingredient options, packaging variants & NPD processes
* Coordinate with Product Development Coordinators & R&D chemists for samples
* Manage complete sales cycle from lead → sample → approval → deal closure
* Bring in high-quality B2B sales for cosmetics, skincare & personal care categories
* Achieve monthly targets & contribute to annual turnover growth
* Maintain strong follow-up cycles and convert leads into long-term clients
* Understand customer requirements & offer the best suitable formulations
* Support clients with product knowledge, technical details & pricing clarity
* Develop marketing strategies for promoting new products
* Increase brand presence in the cosmetics & skincare manufacturing industry
* Keep track of market trends, top-selling ingredients, formulation trends
* Report weekly progress to management & update CRM / lead tracker
* Build long-term client relationships through excellent communication
* Understand multiple product categories and help customers choose correctly
* Support export leads & international brand queries when required
