HCP Wellness is a well-established cosmetics and oral care manufacturing company in Ahmedabad, offering private label, OEM, and contract manufacturing solutions. We are hiring a Research & Development Senior Executive to lead formulation activities, support product innovation, and ensure smooth coordination between R&D, QC, and production teams.

This role is ideal for experienced professionals with strong formulation knowledge and hands-on manufacturing exposure.

Key Responsibilities
✔Lead formulation development for cosmetic and personal care products
✔Plan and execute lab trials, stability, and compatibility studies
✔Review and improve existing formulations and processes
✔Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and internal quality standards
✔Prepare and maintain SOPs, formulation dossiers, and batch records
✔Support scale-up from lab to pilot and commercial production
✔Coordinate with QC, production, and packaging departments
✔Troubleshoot formulation and manufacturing issues
✔Guide junior R&D staff and support NPD initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

Education
✔M.Sc (Chemistry / Cosmetic Science) or B.Pharm / M.Pharm

Experience
✔2+ years of experience in cosmetic or personal care R&D
✔Manufacturing or private label experience preferred
