Job Description:

We are looking for a Research & Development (R&D) Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bavla. The ideal candidate should have expertise in formulation development, product testing, and compliance with industry regulations. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge beauty and personal care innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Product Formulation: Develop new formulations for skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products.
✔Stability & Performance Testing: Conduct stability studies, compatibility testing, and product efficacy assessments.
✔Ingredient Research: Source and evaluate raw materials to enhance formulation performance.
✔Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all formulations meet global and local regulatory standards (FDA, BIS, ISO, GMP).
✔Process Optimization: Enhance existing formulations and improve manufacturing processes.
✔Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with quality control, production, and marketing teams for seamless product development.
✔Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed formulation records, test results, and compliance reports.
✔Industry Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in the cosmetics industry.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

✔Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field.
✔Experience: 1-3 years in R&D for cosmetics and personal care; freshers with strong academic knowledge may apply.
Key Skills:
✔Expertise in emulsions, surfactants, preservatives, and active ingredients.
✔Experience in formulation techniques for creams, serums, lotions, and oral care products.
✔Knowledge of stability testing, rheology, and analytical testing methods.
✔Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory compliance.
✔Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
✔Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and formulation software.
