HCP Wellness is a trusted cosmetics manufacturing company in Ahmedabad, providing private label, OEM, and contract manufacturing services. We are hiring for Research and Development – Cosmetics to strengthen our R&D team focused on formulation development, product innovation, quality compliance, and manufacturing support.

This role is ideal for professionals passionate about cosmetic science and hands-on R&D in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
✔Develop and improve cosmetic and personal care formulations
✔Conduct lab trials, stability, and compatibility testing
✔Research new ingredients, actives, and formulation trends
✔Prepare formulation records, SOPs, and batch documentation
✔Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and quality standards
✔Support scale-up from laboratory to production batches
✔Coordinate with QC, production, and packaging teams
✔Troubleshoot formulation and process-related issues
✔Assist in new product development and reformulation projects

Qualifications & Experience

Education
✔B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Chemistry or Cosmetic Science)

Experience
✔2+ years of experience in cosmetic R&D
✔Manufacturing or private label experience preferred
