As a Regulatory Affairs professional, you will be the bridge between our advanced R&D laboratory and global regulatory bodies. You will ensure that every product—from fluoride-free toothpastes to organic skin serums—is manufactured, labeled, and marketed in total compliance with the law.
Key Responsibilities
✔Product Registration: Prepare and submit dossiers for new product licenses and renewals (Form 32) via the CDSCO Sugam portal.
✔Compliance Management: Ensure all formulations adhere to the Drugs and Cosmetics Act & Rules and BIS Standards for cosmetics and oral hygiene.
✔Labeling & Claims Review: Audit product packaging, artwork, and marketing claims to ensure they are scientifically substantiated and legally compliant.
✔Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for the State Licensing Authority (FDA Gujarat) and other government bodies.
✔Export Documentation: Coordinate with the export team to provide necessary documentation (COA, MSDS, Free Sale Certificates) for international market entry.
✔Internal Audits: Conduct periodic regulatory audits of the manufacturing facility to ensure adherence to GMP (ISO 22716) and WHO-GMP guidelines.
Education
✔B.Pharm / M.Pharm or M.Sc. in Chemistry/Cosmetic Technology.
Experience
✔1 to 3 years of core regulatory experience in the Cosmetics or Personal Care industry.
