Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Regulatory Affairs Professional to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all our Skin Care, Cosmetics, and Oral Care products meet the stringent requirements of the CDSCO (India) and international regulatory bodies. You will play a pivotal role in product launches, dossier preparations, and maintaining the high standards of safety and ethics that HCP Wellness stands for.

Key Responsibilities
✔Compliance Management: Ensure all raw materials, formulations, and finished products comply with Drugs and Cosmetics Acts and Rules.
✔Product Registration: Prepare and submit dossiers for new product registrations and renewals (Form 32, Manufacturing Licenses, etc.).
✔Labeling Review: Audit artwork, packaging, and labels to ensure all claims and ingredient lists are legally compliant and accurate.
✔Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact with local FDA/CDSCO offices in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar.
✔Export Support: Coordinate with international clients to provide necessary documentation (COA, MSDS, Free Sale Certificates) for global markets.
✔Quality Alignment: Work closely with R&D and QC to ensure any changes in formulation are properly documented and reported.

Education
✔B.Pharm / M.Pharm or M.Sc. in Chemistry/Cosmetic Technology.

Experience
✔1 to 3 years of core regulatory experience in the Cosmetics or Personal Care industry.
