At HCP Wellness, we believe in “Innovation with Integrity.” As a Regulatory Affairs professional, you will be the guardian of our compliance framework, ensuring that every product—from oral care to advanced skincare—meets national and international safety standards. You will act as the vital link between our R&D, manufacturing teams, and regulatory bodies like the CDSCO.

Key Responsibilities
✔Product Registration & Licensing: Prepare and submit dossiers for new product registrations, renewals, and manufacturing licenses (Form 32) via the CDSCO Sugam portal.
✔Compliance Auditing: Ensure all formulations for Skin, Hair, and Oral Care comply with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and BIS Standards.
✔Labeling & Artwork Review: Validate all product packaging, ingredient lists, and marketing claims to ensure legal accuracy and transparency.
✔Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for the local FDA and State Licensing Authorities in Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar.
✔Export Documentation: Facilitate global market entry by managing COAs, MSDS, and Free Sale Certificates for international clients.
✔Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D and Quality Assurance to assess the regulatory impact of new raw materials or formulation changes.

Education
✔B.Pharm / M.Pharm or M.Sc. in Chemistry/Cosmetic Technology.

Experience
✔1 to 3 years of core regulatory experience in the Cosmetics or Personal Care industry.
