HCP Wellness is a leading cosmetic and personal care manufacturing company in Ahmedabad, specializing in private label, OEM, and contract manufacturing. We are hiring an R&D Scientist – Cosmetic and Personal Care to drive formulation development, innovation, and quality compliance across skin care, hair care, and oral care product lines.

This role is ideal for science-driven professionals with hands-on formulation experience and strong manufacturing exposure.

Key Responsibilities
✔Develop and optimize cosmetic and personal care formulations
✔Perform lab trials, stability, and compatibility testing
✔Research new ingredients, actives, and formulation technologies
✔Prepare formulation dossiers, SOPs, and technical documentation
✔Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and regulatory standards
✔Support scale-up from laboratory to commercial production
✔Collaborate with QC, production, and packaging teams
✔Troubleshoot formulation and process-related issues
✔Support new product development and reformulation projects

Qualifications & Experience

Education
✔M.Sc (Chemistry / Cosmetic Science) or B.Pharm / M.Pharm

Experience
✔2+ years of experience in cosmetic or personal care R&D
✔Manufacturing or private label experience preferred
