Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic R&D Jobs (Fresher) to join our Research & Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and contribute to the innovation of cosmetic and personal care products. The candidate will work closely with senior chemists and formulators to develop new formulations, improve existing products, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Assist in the research, formulation, and development of skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products.
✔Conduct stability testing, compatibility testing, and other product evaluations.
✔Work with raw materials, active ingredients, and excipients to create innovative formulations.
✔Maintain accurate documentation of formulations, lab experiments, and testing results.
✔Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Control and Production.
✔Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory guidelines, and new ingredient innovations.
✔Support in troubleshooting formulation challenges and improving product performance.
✔Ensure compliance with safety protocols and laboratory best practices.

Requirements:

✔Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Science, or related field.
✔Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior internship experience in cosmetics formulation is a plus.
✔Skills: Basic knowledge of cosmetic ingredients and formulation techniques.
✔Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
