HCP Wellness is a trusted cosmetics and oral care manufacturing company in Ahmedabad, offering private label, OEM, and contract manufacturing services. We are hiring an R&D Cosmetic Chemist to lead formulation development, testing, and scale-up of innovative personal care products while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.

This role suits hands-on chemists with strong formulation expertise and manufacturing exposure.

Key Responsibilities
✔Formulate and optimize cosmetic and personal care products
✔Conduct lab trials, stability, and compatibility studies
✔Evaluate raw materials, actives, and new formulation technologies
✔Prepare formulation dossiers, SOPs, and batch records
✔Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and regulatory standards
✔Support scale-up from lab to pilot and commercial batches
✔Collaborate with QC, production, and packaging teams
✔Troubleshoot formulation and process issues
✔Assist in reformulation and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

Education

✔Cosmetic Science specialization preferred

Experience
✔2+ years of experience as a Cosmetic Chemist or R&D professional
✔Experience in cosmetic or oral care manufacturing preferred
