HCP Wellness Private Limited is a leading Private Label Cosmetic Manufacturer and Third Party Cosmetic Manufacturer in India, specializing in skincare, hair care, oral care, and personal care products. Based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, we are known for GMP-certified manufacturing, advanced quality systems, and innovation-driven product development for domestic and international brands.

We are expanding our Quality Control team and looking for an experienced Quality Control – RM Incharge to strengthen our raw material testing and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities
✔Handle Raw Material (RM) testing as per approved specifications and SOPs
✔Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis of incoming raw materials
✔Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and regulatory standards
✔Approve or reject raw materials based on QC evaluation
✔Maintain proper documentation of RM testing records
✔Coordinate with Purchase & Production departments for material clearance
✔Manage retention samples and stability samples
✔Maintain calibration records of laboratory instruments
✔Monitor vendor quality performance
✔Assist in internal and external audits
✔Ensure timely release of raw materials to avoid production delays

Required Skills
✔Strong knowledge of Raw Material Testing in Cosmetics / Pharma Industry
✔Hands-on experience with lab instruments (pH meter, Viscometer, etc.)
✔Knowledge of GMP, GLP & documentation practices
✔Good analytical and problem-solving skills
✔Understanding of COA verification and vendor qualification
✔Experience in stability testing & quality documentation
✔Ability to lead QC RM activities independently
✔Good communication & coordination skills
✔Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, ERP systems)

Educational Qualification
✔B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) B.Pharma

Experience Required
✔2 to 3 Years (Cosmetic / Pharma / Personal Care Industry Preferred)
