Based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, our GMP-certified manufacturing facility delivers high-quality, compliant, and innovative cosmetic solutions for domestic and international brands.

We are currently hiring a skilled Quality Control Officer (RM Testing) to strengthen our Raw Material Quality Control operations.

Key Responsibilities
✔Conduct Raw Material (RM) testing as per approved specifications and SOPs
✔Perform physical, chemical, and analytical testing of incoming materials
✔Verify Certificate of Analysis (COA) before material approval
✔Approve or reject raw materials based on QC results
✔Maintain proper QC documentation as per GMP & GLP guidelines
✔Ensure timely release of raw materials for production
✔Manage sampling, labeling, and retention samples
✔Maintain calibration records of laboratory instruments
✔Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and QA departments
✔Support internal and external audits
✔Monitor vendor quality compliance and documentation

Required Skills
✔Strong knowledge of Raw Material Testing in Cosmetic or Pharma Industry
✔Understanding of GMP, GLP & regulatory compliance
✔Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments (pH meter, Viscometer, Moisture Analyzer, etc.)
✔Experience in COA verification and vendor documentation
✔Analytical mindset with attention to detail
✔Good documentation and reporting skills
✔Basic ERP & MS Excel proficiency
✔Ability to work independently and in team coordination

Educational Qualification
✔B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) B.Pharma

Experience Required
✔2 to 3 Years (Cosmetic / Pharma / Personal Care Industry Preferred)
