Job Summary:

HCP Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Officer to ensure that all skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring production processes, conducting quality checks, and ensuring compliance with GMP, ISO, and other quality certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Implement and maintain quality assurance standards in compliance with GMP, ISO, and other regulatory requirements.
✔Conduct routine inspections and audits of production, packaging, and storage areas.
✔Review and approve raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
✔Identify and resolve quality issues, deviations, and non-conformances.
✔Maintain and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and quality documentation.
✔Ensure proper batch records, validation reports, and testing procedures are maintained.
✔Work closely with production, R&D, and regulatory teams to ensure product quality.
✔Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
✔Conduct investigations and root cause analysis for product defects and implement corrective actions.
✔Stay updated with industry regulations, quality certifications, and customer requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✔Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
✔Experience: 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within the cosmetic, skincare, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry.
✔Knowledge of GMP, ISO 22716, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔Excellent documentation, communication, and team collaboration skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
