Job Summary:

HCP Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the quality management system, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance processes to maintain product excellence in skincare, cosmetics, and oral care manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Develop, implement, and manage Quality Assurance (QA) systems, policies, and procedures in compliance with GMP, ISO, and regulatory requirements.
✔Oversee quality control processes for raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
✔Ensure adherence to cosmetic and pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines (FDA, ISO 22716, GMP, etc.).
✔Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks to maintain quality standards.
✔Lead and train the QA team to ensure consistent product quality and process improvements.
✔Investigate and resolve quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints.
✔Collaborate with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to implement quality improvements.
✔Monitor and approve SOPs, validation protocols, and quality documentation.
✔Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and environmental standards in manufacturing.
✔Stay updated with the latest quality management trends, industry advancements, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✔Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
✔Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in quality assurance within the cosmetics, skincare, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry.
✔Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO 22716, FDA regulations, and quality control techniques.
✔Proficiency in HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometry, and microbiological testing methods.
✔Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
✔Ability to manage multiple projects, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
✔Strong communication and documentation skills.
