Key Responsibilities
✔Perform incoming quality inspection and testing of packaging materials (PM) including bottles, jars, tubes, pumps, caps, cartons, labels, foils, and sleeves
✔Check packaging materials against approved specifications, reference samples, and artworks
✔Conduct visual, dimensional, functional, and compatibility testing of packaging materials
✔Approve or reject PM based on QC standards, GMP norms, and internal SOPs
✔Maintain accurate PM inspection records, test reports, COAs, and documentation
✔Coordinate with vendors, purchase, production, QA, and R&D teams for PM approvals and issue resolution
✔Raise and close non-conformance reports (NCR), deviations, and CAPA related to packaging materials
✔Support new packaging material trials, validation activities, and vendor qualification
✔Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and quality management systems
✔Assist during internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections

Education
✔B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) OR B.Pharm/M.Pharm

Preferred Experience
✔1 to 3 years of experience in QC-PM / Packaging Material Quality Control
✔Experience in cosmetic, skin care, oral care, or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred
