HCP Wellness Private Limited is a fast-growing Skin Care, Cosmetics, and Oral Care manufacturing company in Ahmedabad, known for its commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. We are hiring QC PM Testing Executives to manage and execute quality control testing of packaging materials (PM) used in cosmetic, personal care, and oral care products.
This role is ideal for quality professionals who value precision, ownership, teamwork, and process discipline.

Key Responsibilities
✔Conduct incoming quality inspection and testing of packaging materials including bottles, jars, tubes, pumps, caps, cartons, labels, foils, and sleeves
✔Verify packaging materials against approved specifications, samples, and artworks
✔Perform visual, dimensional, functional, and compatibility testing of PM
✔Approve or reject packaging materials based on QC standards and GMP requirements
✔Maintain PM inspection records, test reports, SOPs, and COAs
✔Coordinate with vendors, purchase, production, QA, and R&D teams for PM issues and approvals
✔Handle non-conformance reports (NCR), deviations, and CAPA related to packaging materials
✔Support new packaging material trials, validation, and vendor qualification
✔Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and internal quality systems
✔Assist during internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections

Education
✔B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) OR B.Pharm/M.Pharm

Preferred Experience
✔1 to 3 years of experience in QC-PM / Packaging Material Quality Control
✔Experience in cosmetic, skin care, oral care, or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred
