HCP Wellness Private Limited is a leading Skin Care, Cosmetics, and Oral Care manufacturing company in Ahmedabad, committed to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. We are looking for a QC PM Testing Chemist to carry out quality control testing and inspection of packaging materials (PM) used across cosmetic, personal care, and oral care products.

Key Responsibilities
✔Perform quality control testing and inspection of packaging materials such as bottles, jars, tubes, pumps, caps, cartons, labels, foils, and sleeves
✔Verify packaging materials against approved specifications, reference samples, and artworks
✔Conduct visual, dimensional, functional, and compatibility testing of packaging materials with cosmetic formulations
✔Ensure packaging materials meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
✔Maintain accurate PM test records, inspection reports, COAs, and documentation
✔Identify, report, and support resolution of non-conformances (NCR), deviations, and CAPA related to packaging materials
✔Coordinate with vendors, purchase, production, QA, and R&D teams for PM approvals and issue resolution
✔Support new packaging material trials, validation studies, and vendor qualification
✔Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and internal quality management systems
✔Assist during internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections

Education
✔B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) OR B.Pharm/M.Pharm

Preferred Experience
✔1 to 3 years of experience in QC-PM / Packaging Material Quality Control
✔Experience in cosmetic, skin care, oral care, or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred
