HCP Wellness Private Limited is a leading Skin Care, Cosmetics, and Oral Care manufacturing company in Ahmedabad, committed to quality, innovation, and compliance. We are looking for a QC Incharge (PM – Packaging Material) to lead and manage quality control activities related to packaging materials, ensuring adherence to GMP, ISO standards, and internal quality systems.
This role is critical in maintaining packaging quality, brand integrity, and regulatory compliance across all product categories.

Key Responsibilities
✔Lead and oversee quality control of primary & secondary packaging materials (bottles, jars, tubes, pumps, caps, cartons, labels, foils, sleeves, etc.)
✔Ensure incoming packaging material inspection as per approved specifications and SOPs
✔Approve or reject PM based on visual, dimensional, functional, and compatibility testing
✔Develop, review, and maintain PM specifications, SOPs, COAs, and inspection formats
✔Coordinate with vendors, purchase, production, QA, and R&D teams for PM approvals and issue resolution
✔Handle non-conformance, deviation reports, vendor complaints, and CAPA related to packaging materials
✔Support new packaging development, validation trials, and vendor qualification
✔Ensure strict compliance with GMP, ISO, and regulatory audit requirements
✔Train and guide QC PM executives and inspectors
✔Participate in internal audits, client audits, and regulatory inspections

Education
✔B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) OR B.Pharm/M.Pharm

Preferred Experience
✔1 to 3 years of experience in QC-PM / Packaging Material Quality Control
✔Experience in cosmetic, skin care, oral care, or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred
