HCP Wellness Private Limited is a leading Private Label Cosmetic Manufacturer and Third Party Cosmetic Manufacturer in India, specializing in skincare, hair care, oral care, and personal care products. Located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, our GMP-certified manufacturing facility is equipped with advanced quality systems and modern production infrastructure serving domestic and international brands.

We are currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QC Executive (Raw Material) to strengthen our Quality Control department.

Key Responsibilities
✔Perform Raw Material (RM) testing as per approved specifications and SOPs
✔Conduct physical, chemical, and analytical evaluation of incoming raw materials
✔Verify COA (Certificate of Analysis) before material approval
✔Approve or reject raw materials based on QC results
✔Maintain proper documentation in compliance with GMP & GLP standards
✔Ensure timely release of materials to support production schedules
✔Manage sampling, labeling, and retention samples
✔Maintain calibration and maintenance records of laboratory instruments
✔Coordinate with QA, Production, and Purchase departments
✔Support internal audits and regulatory inspections

Required Skills
✔Strong knowledge of Raw Material Testing in Cosmetic or Pharma Industry
✔Understanding of GMP, GLP & regulatory documentation
✔Hands-on experience with lab instruments (pH meter, Viscometer, weighing balance, etc.)
✔Experience in COA verification and vendor documentation
✔Good analytical and problem-solving skills
✔Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
✔Basic ERP and MS Excel knowledge
✔Ability to work in a manufacturing environment

Educational Qualification
✔B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) B.Pharma

Experience Required
✔2 to 3 Years (Cosmetic / Pharma / Personal Care Industry Preferred)
