HCP Wellness Private Limited is a leading Private Label Cosmetic Manufacturer and Third Party Cosmetic Manufacturer in India, specializing in skincare, hair care, oral care, and personal care products. Based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, our GMP-certified manufacturing facility is equipped with advanced quality control laboratories and strict compliance systems to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality cosmetic manufacturing for domestic and international brands.

We are currently hiring a skilled and detail-oriented QC Chemist – Raw Material Testing to join our Quality Control team.

Key Responsibilities
✔Conduct Raw Material (RM) testing as per approved specifications and SOPs
✔Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis of incoming raw materials
✔Verify Certificate of Analysis (COA) before approving materials
✔Approve or reject raw materials based on QC standards
✔Maintain laboratory documentation in compliance with GMP & GLP guidelines
✔Ensure proper sampling, labeling, and storage of raw materials
✔Manage retention samples and maintain testing records
✔Maintain calibration and preventive maintenance records of lab instruments
✔Coordinate with QA, R&D, Purchase, and Production departments
✔Support internal audits and external regulatory inspections

Required Skills
✔Strong knowledge of Raw Material Testing in Cosmetic or Pharmaceutical Industry
✔Understanding of GMP, GLP & regulatory documentation practices
✔Hands-on experience with lab instruments (pH meter, Viscometer, Moisture Analyzer, etc.)
✔Experience in COA verification and vendor documentation
✔Good analytical and problem-solving skills
✔Strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy
✔Basic ERP and MS Excel knowledge
✔Ability to work in a manufacturing setup

Educational Qualification
✔B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) B.Pharma

Experience Required
✔2 to 3 Years (Cosmetic / Pharma / Personal Care Industry Preferred)
