Job Summary:

HCP Wellness Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products, is looking for a Purchase Executive to assist in procurement and sourcing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling vendor management, purchase orders, and inventory tracking while ensuring cost efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Assist in sourcing and purchasing raw materials, packaging, and other essential components.
✔Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely procurement.
✔Process and track purchase orders while maintaining accurate records.
✔Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
✔Coordinate with production, R&D, and quality teams to align purchasing needs.
✔Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities.
✔Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and ISO standards in procurement.
✔Prepare procurement reports and analyze supplier performance.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

✔Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
✔Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the cosmetics, skincare, oral care, or pharmaceutical industries.
✔Knowledge of raw materials, active ingredients, and packaging in the beauty industry.
✔Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.
✔Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
✔Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

✔Experience in vendor management and supplier evaluation.
✔Knowledge of import/export regulations and global sourcing.
✔Understanding of sustainable and eco-friendly procurement practices.
