Custom Manufacture :We are looking for Planning & Operation Manager for our factory located at Bavla, Ahmedabad. The person must have positive attitude to look into every situation, must have problem solving nature, Proactive Production and Management Planning.
Must have the perfect communication skills between clients, office, factory and strong co-ordination between all factory staff and worker. Must be able to take independent decision even in any of normal to critical situation.
Responsibilities:
(a) Coordinate with sales division to determine the customer requirements
(b) Approve materials, costs and the manpower requirement for manufacturing the goods.
(c) Predict and plan the delivery schedule of manufactured products to client
(d) Develop a production schedule detailing all tasks and it should be completed within the predicted target date
(e) Monitor project progress to ensure the schedule as per the plan
(f) Troubleshoot the problem that occurs during the production including shortage of materials, manpower and machinery issues
(g) Prepare the reports about the production processes from the start to end of the operation
(h) Suggest the management with different innovative ways to improve the efficiency of work
(i) Monitor all the inventory levels of RM, PM and FG from production to QC of products
Required skills:
(a) Must have the knowledge ERP / SAP
(b) Strong analytical and problem solving skill
(c) Effective communication skill
(d) Proven experience of 4+ years in cosmetics or Pharma sector
