Job Overview:

HCP Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee our skincare, cosmetics, and oral care manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production processes, ensuring product quality, optimizing efficiency, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities to ensure timely completion of orders.
✔Implement and monitor production schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
✔Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality standards, and safety regulations.
✔Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
✔Manage and train production staff to ensure high performance and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
✔Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with procurement and supply chain teams.
✔Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to maintain smooth operations.
✔Collaborate with R&D, quality control, and regulatory teams for new product development and compliance.
✔Maintain accurate production reports and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
✔Ensure the workplace follows health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

✔Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
✔5+ years of experience in production management, preferably in the cosmetics, skincare, or oral care industry.
✔Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
✔Knowledge of GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations for cosmetic manufacturing.
✔Proficiency in production planning, lean manufacturing, and process optimization.
✔Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
✔Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
