Job Summary:

HCP Wellness Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products, is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee and optimize sourcing, vendor management, and procurement strategies. This role is crucial in ensuring cost-effective purchasing while maintaining high-quality and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have expertise in supply chain management, contract negotiations, and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to optimize costs and ensure timely sourcing.
✔Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party manufacturers.
✔Ensure procurement compliance with GMP, FDA, ISO, and other regulatory standards.
✔Manage purchase orders, supplier agreements, and inventory levels to align with production needs.
✔Conduct supplier audits to assess quality, reliability, and sustainability of sourced materials.
✔Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless procurement operations.
✔Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply chain risks to make informed purchasing decisions.
✔Establish cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality and product standards.
✔Maintain detailed procurement records, reports, and performance analysis for management review.
✔Drive continuous improvements in procurement processes and supplier relationships.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

✔Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔Experience: Minimum 7+ years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the cosmetics, skincare, oral care, or pharmaceutical industries.
✔Strong knowledge of raw materials, active ingredients, and packaging materials used in beauty and personal care manufacturing.
✔Proficiency in ERP systems, SAP, and procurement management software.
✔Excellent negotiation, cost optimization, and contract management skills.
✔Deep understanding of global sourcing, import/export regulations, and supplier compliance.
✔Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage procurement teams and drive efficiency.
