HCP Wellness is a leading Pharma Manufacturing, Cosmetics Manufacturing, and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing, and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters, and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care, and Oral Care categories.

We are hiring a Pharma Executive to manage Client Coordination, Operations Support, and B2B Client Servicing for Pharma Manufacturing Accounts. This role is ideal for candidates interested in Pharma Operations, Client Servicing, and Order Processing.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle Client Coordination, Client Servicing, and Customer Support for Pharma Manufacturing Accounts
• Assist in Operations Management, Manufacturing Processes, and Dispatch Coordination
• Support Order Processing, Order Management, and Inventory Tracking
• Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management, and Back Office Records
• Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and assist in Client Documentation
• Coordinate with Factory Teams, Stores, Packaging Teams, and Dispatch Teams
• Assist in Telecalling, Customer Care, and Client Escalation Handling
• Ensure smooth B2B Client Coordination, Operations Support, and Pharma Manufacturing Operations

Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate / Post-Graduate – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc
• Freshers and candidates with experience in Pharma Operations, Client Servicing, Order Processing, B2B Coordination, or Back Office Operations can apply
• Knowledge of Pharma Industry, Cosmetics Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
• Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, Problem-Solving Ability, and Pharma Operations Management Skills
