Job Summary:

HCP Wellness Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products, is looking for an experienced Packing Supervisor to oversee packaging operations at our Ahmedabad, Bavla facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient packaging processes, maintain quality standards, and manage a team for timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Supervise daily packaging operations to ensure efficiency and quality control.
✔Manage and train packaging staff for optimized workflow.
✔Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and hygiene standards in packaging.
✔Oversee packing material inventory and coordinate with procurement for stock replenishment.
✔Monitor packaging machinery, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate maintenance.
✔Maintain accurate packaging records and reports.
✔Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and final inspection of finished goods.
✔Work closely with the production and warehouse teams for smooth order dispatch.

Requirements:

✔Bachelor’s degree or diploma in production, packaging, or a related field.
✔Minimum 3 years of experience as a Packing Supervisor, preferably in the cosmetics, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industry.
✔Strong knowledge of packaging materials, machinery, and quality control.
✔Familiarity with GMP guidelines and safety regulations.
✔Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
✔Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
