Job Summary:

HCP Wellness Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products, is looking for Packing Operators to handle packaging operations at our Ahmedabad, Bavla facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating packaging machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficiency in the packing process.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Operate and monitor packaging machines efficiently.
✔Ensure products are packed as per company standards and quality guidelines.
✔Perform routine checks for defects, incorrect labeling, or damages.
✔Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area.
✔Handle packing materials and stock as per production requirements.
✔Assist in labeling, sealing, and organizing finished products.
✔Report any issues related to packaging machines or materials to the supervisor.
✔Follow all safety and hygiene regulations while handling products.

Requirements:

✔Minimum 10th/12th pass or diploma in any field.
✔1+ years of experience as a Packing Operator, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals.
✔Basic knowledge of packaging machines and materials.
✔Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
✔Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
✔Willingness to work in shifts if required.
