Position Overview:
We are actively hiring for Packaging Supervisor roles to join our production team. This position is responsible for managing the packaging line operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and compliance with regulatory and safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and has hands-on experience in cosmetic or personal care manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
✔Supervise daily packaging operations on the production floor.
✔Ensure packaging activities meet daily production targets and timelines.
✔Monitor and maintain packaging quality standards in compliance with GMP.
✔Train and manage packaging staff to optimize performance and minimize errors.
✔Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Production, and Warehouse teams.
✔Maintain accurate documentation for packaging batches, shift reports, and material usage.
✔Troubleshoot equipment or line issues to minimize downtime.
✔Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the packaging area.
✔Support audits and inspections with accurate records and process adherence.

Required Qualifications:
Education:
✔Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetic Technology, Production, or related fields.

Hard Skills:
✔Sound understanding of packaging machinery, equipment, and workflows.
✔Knowledge of SOPs, GMP, hygiene protocols, and safety standards.
✔Experience with labeling, batching, and cosmetic product packaging processes.
✔Ability to prepare and maintain operational records and reports.

Soft Skills:
✔Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
✔Good communication and interpersonal skills.
✔High attention to detail and quality focus.
✔Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act under pressure.

Preferred Experience:
✔2–5 years of experience in cosmetics, personal care, oral care, or pharmaceutical packaging.
✔Prior supervisory experience in a GMP-compliant packaging facility is highly desirable.
