Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize manufacturing processes in our personal care production facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production, ensuring quality control, maintaining regulatory compliance, and improving operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and experience in personal care or cosmetics manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely production.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), ISO, and other industry regulations.
Monitor and control inventory, supply chain, and raw material procurement.
Work closely with the R&D, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to optimize production processes.
Maintain strict quality control measures to meet industry standards and customer expectations.
Manage workforce, including training, performance evaluation, and labor compliance.
Identify and resolve operational challenges to improve plant efficiency.
Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and compliance with environmental regulations.
Collaborate with senior management to set production goals and operational budgets.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in operations management within a personal care, cosmetics, or FMCG manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of GMP, ISO, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
Experience in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and cost management.
Proficiency in ERP software and production planning tools.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
