Position Overview
We are looking for a diligent and proactive Officer to Executive – QA (IPQA) to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all in-process quality checks are conducted efficiently, maintaining strict adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines throughout the manufacturing process. Your contributions will play a vital role in delivering safe and high-quality products that meet both customer and regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities
✔Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing and packing operations.
✔Monitor and verify compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and batch manufacturing records.
✔Ensure correct sampling procedures and maintain accurate documentation and records.
✔Participate in line clearance activities and ensure hygiene and cleanliness in production areas.
✔Raise deviations or non-conformities and coordinate for timely resolutions.
✔Support validation, stability sampling, and quality audits as needed.
✔Provide real-time feedback to production teams to ensure proactive quality control.
✔Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, QC, and R&D for smooth operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education / Certifications
✔B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, B.Pharm / M.Pharm, or related scientific discipline.
Experience
✔1 to 4 years of experience in IPQA within a cosmetics, skin care, oral care, pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing setup.
✔Experience in handling GMP documentation, line clearance, and regulatory audits will be an added advantage.
Hard Skills
✔Sound knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and regulatory compliance.
✔Familiarity with in-process checks, line clearance, and documentation protocols.
✔Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
✔Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Soft Skills
✔Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✔High sense of responsibility, ethics, and integrity.
✔Quick decision-making and problem-solving mindset.
