What Does an NPD Executive / Sales Officer Do?
The NPD Executive/Sales Officer role is a unique blend of cosmetics & skincare product development and sales coordination.

1. Lead Handling & Requirement Gathering
You will receive incoming leads from our website and marketing channels.
You will call customers and understand what cosmetic or skincare product they want to develop.
You will collect details such as product type, active ingredients, target concerns, and market goals.

2. New Product Development Coordination
Based on client inputs, you will coordinate with our R&D team that formulates skincare, cosmetics, haircare, and personal care samples.
R&D prepares custom product samples according to the client’s requirement.
You will send these samples to the client and guide them through revisions.

3. Sales Support & Market Understanding
You will help clients choose trending cosmetic and skincare actives.
Support the complete sales cycle from enquiry to sample approval to order finalization.
You must be comfortable with communication and customer interaction.

B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry
B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Cosmetic Science or Cosmetology knowledge
FMCG / Beauty / Personal Care understanding

Candidates must have understanding of:
Skincare actives
Cosmetic raw materials

Molecules & mechanisms
Basics of formulation science
