HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing, and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing, and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters, and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care, and Oral Care categories.

We are hiring a Manufacturing Operations Executive to manage Factory Coordination, Production Planning, and B2B Operations for multiple Manufacturing Accounts. This role is ideal for candidates interested in Operations Support, Order Processing, and Client Servicing in a B2B Manufacturing Environment.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Coordinate Factory Operations, Production Planning, and Dispatch Coordination
• Manage Client Coordination, Client Servicing, and Customer Support
• Support Order Processing, Order Management, and Inventory Tracking
• Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management, and Back Office Records
• Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and assist in Client Documentation
• Coordinate with Factory Teams, Stores, Packaging Teams, and Dispatch Teams
• Assist in Telecalling, Customer Care, and Client Escalation Handling
• Ensure smooth Manufacturing Operations, B2B Client Coordination, and Operations Support

Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate / Post-Graduate – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc
• Freshers and candidates with experience in Manufacturing Operations, Factory Coordination, Client Servicing, Back Office Operations, Order Processing, or Telecalling Executive can apply
• Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
• Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, Problem-Solving Ability, and Operations Management Skills
