Job Summary:

HCP Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Manufacturing and Quality Manager to oversee production operations and ensure the highest quality standards in skincare, cosmetics, and oral care manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining manufacturing processes, maintaining compliance with industry regulations, and ensuring overall product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Oversee and manage manufacturing operations to ensure smooth production processes.
✔Develop, implement, and monitor quality control standards to ensure product excellence.
✔Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 22716, FDA, and other industry regulations.
✔Supervise production planning, inventory management, and process optimization.
✔Conduct quality audits, inspections, and investigations to maintain high standards.
✔Work closely with R&D, regulatory, and production teams to improve formulations and manufacturing efficiency.
✔Identify and resolve manufacturing defects, quality issues, and non-conformances.
✔Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation.
✔Train and mentor production and quality teams to ensure adherence to best practices.
✔Stay updated with latest industry trends, certifications, and technological advancements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✔Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
✔Experience: 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and quality management within the cosmetics, skincare, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry.
✔Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO 22716, FDA, and industry best practices.
✔Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
✔Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and drive continuous improvement.
✔Strong documentation, communication, and team management skills.
