HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing, and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing, and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters, and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care, and Oral Care categories.

We are hiring a Key Account Executive to manage Contract Manufacturing Accounts in Cosmetics, Pharma, and FMCG. This role is ideal for candidates interested in Client Servicing, B2B Coordination, and Manufacturing Operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle Key Accounts for Contract Manufacturing in Cosmetics, Pharma, and FMCG
• Manage Client Servicing, Customer Support, Client Follow-up, and B2B Communication
• Support Order Processing, Order Management, Production Planning, and Dispatch Coordination
• Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management, and Back Office Records
• Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and assist in Client Documentation
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Factory Teams, Stores, and Dispatch Teams
• Assist in Telecalling, Customer Care, and Client Escalation Handling
• Ensure smooth B2B Client Coordination and Operations Support

Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate / Post-Graduate – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc
• Freshers and candidates with experience in Key Account Management, Contract Manufacturing, Client Servicing, B2B Coordination, Order Processing, or Operations Support can apply
• Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
• Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, Problem-Solving Ability, and Client Handling Expertise
