Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Fragrance & Flavor Expert to lead the development, selection, and application of fragrances and flavors across our cosmetic, haircare, and oral care product lines. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sensory science, market trends, and product formulation, ensuring our products offer exceptional sensory appeal and align with brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:
✔Develop, evaluate, and optimize fragrances and flavors for cosmetics, haircare, and oral care products.
✔Collaborate with the R&D, marketing, and production teams to ensure sensory profiles meet brand positioning and customer expectations.
✔Conduct fragrance and flavor trials in various product bases to ensure stability and performance.
✔Research global fragrance and flavor trends to innovate and enhance product offerings.
✔Ensure compliance with IFRA, ISO, and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
✔Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate new raw materials for quality and cost-effectiveness.
✔Conduct sensory evaluation panels and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
✔Support product launches with fragrance and flavor expertise in marketing materials and training sessions.

Qualifications & Skills:
Hard Skills:
✔Expertise in fragrance and flavor development for personal care and oral care products.
✔Knowledge of raw material chemistry, sensory evaluation techniques, and stability testing.
✔Familiarity with IFRA guidelines, ISO standards, and global regulatory requirements.
✔Proficiency in using fragrance/flavor evaluation tools and software.

Education & Certifications:
✔BSC, MSC/ Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Perfumery, or related field.
✔Certification in Perfumery, Flavor Technology, or Sensory Science (preferred).

Preferred Experience:
✔3–7 years of hands-on experience in fragrance and/or flavor development in cosmetics, haircare, or oral care manufacturing.
✔Proven track record of launching successful products with distinctive sensory profiles.
✔Experience in working with both domestic and international fragrance/flavor suppliers.
