Job Overview:
We are seeking a Flavor Creation Specialist with expertise in developing innovative and consumer-preferred flavors for oral care, skincare, and cosmetic products. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with scientific expertise to design flavors that enhance product appeal, meet regulatory standards, and align with market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
✔Develop, test, and refine flavor formulations for toothpaste, mouthwash, lip care, creams, lotions, and personal care products.
✔Work closely with the R&D, Product Development, and Marketing teams to create flavor profiles that meet brand positioning and consumer preferences.
✔Conduct sensory evaluations, stability testing, and compatibility studies for new flavors.
✔Research market trends, raw materials, and emerging flavor technologies.
✔Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality flavor ingredients.
✔Ensure compliance with FSSAI, BIS, IFRA, and global regulatory requirements.
✔Maintain detailed documentation of formulas, trials, and test results.
✔Provide technical support for product launches and troubleshooting.

Hard Skills:
✔Expertise in flavor chemistry and sensory science.
✔Knowledge of food-grade and cosmetic-grade flavor regulations.
✔Proficiency in GC-MS, HPLC, and other analytical techniques for flavor evaluation.
✔Experience in formulation stability testing.
✔Strong understanding of raw material functionalities in oral and skincare products.

Education & Certifications:
✔BSC, MSC/ Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Flavor, or related field.
✔Certifications in Flavor Chemistry or Sensory Evaluation will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience:
✔3–7 years of experience in flavor development for oral care, skincare, or cosmetic products.
✔Experience in both lab-based formulation and commercial-scale production.
✔Exposure to international markets and consumer flavor trends.
