Job Overview
We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs professional to manage regulatory compliance for cosmetic, skin care, and oral care products. The role is critical in ensuring label compliance, documentation accuracy, product registrations, and adherence to Indian and global cosmetic regulations, supporting both OEM/ODM and private-label projects.

Key Responsibilities
✔Prepare, review, and maintain regulatory dossiers, specifications, and compliance documents
✔Ensure label claims, ingredient listings, and artwork comply with applicable cosmetic regulations
✔Handle product registrations, notifications, and renewals as per regulatory requirements
✔Monitor and interpret regulatory updates, amendments, and guidelines related to cosmetics and oral care
✔Coordinate with R&D, QA/QC, Production, and Marketing teams for regulatory alignment
✔Support regulatory audits, customer audits, and inspections
✔Maintain organized regulatory records, databases, and submission trackers
✔Assist in export documentation and international regulatory compliance when required

Education
✔B.Pharm / M.Pharm or M.Sc. in Chemistry/Cosmetic Technology.

Experience
✔1 to 3 years of core regulatory experience in the Cosmetics or Personal Care industry.
