Job Summary:

We are hiring ITI Fitter candidates to join our manufacturing and maintenance team at our Bavla, Ahmedabad facility. The selected candidates will be responsible for machine installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in our production unit.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical equipment in the manufacturing unit.
✔Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
✔Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid production downtime.
✔Identify and fix mechanical faults in production machinery.
✔Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
✔Work closely with the production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

✔ITI Fitter certification is mandatory.
✔0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production unit (Freshers can apply).
✔Basic knowledge of machine assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
✔Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Preferred Skills:

✔Experience in skincare, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus.
✔Ability to read technical drawings and operate hand tools.
✔Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills.
