Job Summary:

We are looking for ITI Fitter candidates to join our manufacturing and maintenance team at our Ahmedabad (Bavla) facility. The selected candidates will be responsible for machine installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Install, assemble, and maintain manufacturing machinery and equipment.
✔Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
✔Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues in production machinery.
✔Follow safety procedures and industry quality standards.
✔Collaborate with the production and maintenance teams to ensure efficient operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

✔ITI Fitter certification is mandatory.
✔0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production unit (Freshers can apply).
✔Basic knowledge of machine assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
✔Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in skincare, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus.
Ability to read technical drawings and operate tools.
Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills.
